I have forged a career in the construction industry as a Project Manager and Project Management Consultant with widespread experience over a range of diverse project types from high end residential refurbishments through to new build schools, hospitals and residential developments.

I also, at one point took a side ways step into the world of Building Control and for nine years worked as a Building Control Officer for a London Borough Council Building Control Department. This has given me a somewhat unique insight into the requirements involved in the Regularisation Certificate process and a full understanding of the Building Regulations and what a Building Control Officer will require to enable them to sign off any previously unauthorised works and issue a Regularisation Certificate.
